Bug Description
This could be also related to udev, hal, or solid.
In Karmic Alpha 5 (including all updates prior to freeze for Alpha 6), this worked.
I updated the development system on the 15th and had to recover via chroot env and updating on the 16th. Ever since then, usb mounting has not worked.
dmesg sees the drive /dev/sdc and the partition /dev/sdc1. udev appears to not present this device for auto mounting in KDE.
The output of lshal, lshw and solid-hardware show the device being detected as well.

Package: kdelibs5 4:4.3.1-0ubuntu2
ProcEnviron:
LANGUAGE=en_US:en
PATH=(custom, user)

SourcePackage: kde4libs
Symptom: storage
Uname: Linux 2.6.31-10-generic x86_64
This may also be a hint...
Using solid-hardware mount command and specifying the current UDI associated with the usb stick results in the following:
solid-hardware mount '/org/freedeskt op/Hal/ devices/ usb_device_ 1d6b_2_ 0000_00_ 1d_7_scsi_ generic_ 6' p/Hal/devices/ usb_device_ 1d6b_2_ 0000_00_ 1d_7_scsi_ generic_ 6 does not have the interface StorageAccess.
Error: /org/freedeskto
StorageAccess interface is not being presented, so it cannot mount the device. Not sure what provides this. Maybe I have some old udev rules left from the upgrade breaking this.
Any help would be appreciated.
