Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

Currently, on an up to date karmic, empathy starts and shows the contact list on the desktop. I think the contact list should be hidden on start, at least when empathy is started by the session manager.

There's an option for this (--hide-contact-list). Could it be used by the session manager ?

empathy:
  Installed: 2.27.92-1ubuntu2
  Candidate: 2.27.92-1ubuntu2
  Version table:
 *** 2.27.92-1ubuntu2 0

        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

By the way, I've just tried to launch empathy using --hide-contact-list, but it doesn't work. Empathy still shows the contact list on startup.
