Bug Description
The "new updates available" notification is opened even when eog is displaying an image in fullscreen mode, obscuring part of the image. Also, it tells the user to click an icon even though it is not visible in this mode.
Expected/desired behavior: detect that an application is running in fullscreen mode and not show the notification bubble (I guess that the scope of this bug is wider than update-notifier but I had to start somewhere).

Thanks for your bugreport.
notification-daemon tries to detect applications in fullscreen mode, but libwnck seems to not get it correct sometimes. I assign this to notification-daemon for now until I have a valid test-case for libwnck.
Cheers,
