Bug Description
I just went to configure a Jaunty server, and ran into the old bug about STARTTLS not being supported and it raising an exception w/ python2.6
When I checked, it seems that several fixes were not present that are present in bzr-email's trunk.
So it would seem that we need to get someone to package the latest trunk and release it as a newer version. (Hopefully we can get that into Karmic...)

so it seems to me the latest is packaged in karmic.
Thanks,
