update-manager icon in notification area should be scalable

Bug Description
currently on dapper with default 'Human' icon theme icon/symbol that appears in notification area when there are new updates has fixed size. While other applets/launchers icons are (or should be) scalable.

this is actually a bug in update-notifier, not update-manager.
attached is an svg version of the "updates-notifier" image that could be used by the application (currently the only version icon is located at /usr/share/ icons/hicolor/ 16x16/apps/ updates- notifier. png). Not very detailed, but at least it scales :)
Perhaps the tango project has an icon that would do the job better?
