gdpfind does not populate the directories correctly

Bug Description
There are two issue here.
1) the current file and current directory are added to the store, but neither is preselected. The plugin re gets the current working directory.
2) When multiple windows are open, the store is not updated. If the current directory was preselected, the user could see this is wrong and fix it, but he cannot, so the wrong dir may be searched.
