Bug Description
Every other (sometimes third) time, euca/ec2 describe volumes/snapshots will "hang."

I have seen the euca-describe-* utils hang from time to time as well. Confirming, marking Medium, as I can usually ctrl-c break it, and retry and eventually it might work.
