Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdebase-runtime
I expected apport to run and to collect data once Kile crashes, but instead the KDE own solution, Dr Konqui IIRC runs.
To reproduce, simple run kile and do a pkill -SEGV kile afterwards. See Dr Konqui popping up instead of Apport. This is a Qt wide issue, because making KCachegrind crash doesn't pop apport up as well.
Please reassign to the appropriate module.
