Please clean 'Gnome' section in apt repository from *-dev and *-dbg packages

Bug Description

As in topic - when I go to synaptic and filter packages by sections then in 'Gnome' I got a lot of *-dev and *-dbg packages that in my opinion should go to 'devel' section.

We have:

beagle-dev
evolution-dbg
evolution-data-server-dev
gnome-applets-dev
libgnome-menu-dev
rhythmbox-dbg

all these packages should go away from 'gnome' section.

Please fill bugs against the specific packages and not synaptic.
