Bug Description
Binary package hint: pitivi
Happens when I try to drag & drop a video from the library to the timeline.
The video gets added to the timeline, however it's not resizable nor editable, and always lingers around the ~10min mark (I can't move it to the beginning of the timeline, nor remove it from the timeline itself).

This crash just happened to me using the latest lucid pitivi as of today. I had dragged two .MTS clips to the clip library, I dragged the first one to the timeline and wasn't able to resize it, then dragged the other one in as well and when I dropped that one pitivi crashed right away. The first clip was recorded in SP mode using Canon Legria HF200 and the second one came from the same cam but in LP mode. I have previously tried to import clips from this cam taken in XP+/FXP/MXP mode but those cannot even be imported into the clip library.
