[ui] wrong tooltips in manual IP settings dialog

Bug Description
Go to:
Right click nm-applet > Edit Connections... > Wired > Add > IPv4 Settings
The tooltip over "DNS servers" and "Search domains" is the same as over "Addresses", but the text only refers to the Addresses box. The same for the IPv6 tab.

This seems as a definite bug.
I just verified that in Jaunty it is showing the correct tooltips, and on Karmic it's wrong.
