Bug Description

Please consider image-store-proxy for main inclusion.
This is a new dependency of Eucalyptus, to support the Image store features recently added to Eucalyptus (see granted FFe on bug 423865).

Since the goal is to get this into Alpha6, I'm fine promoting it, since it already passes its tests, they're just not presently enabled in the build.

Marking Fixed released since the package is now in main.

Bug 431063 has been opened to track tests run during the build process.
