Disk manager mounts partitions in 0700 mode

Bug Description

Disk manager in System->Administration mounts partitions with very inconvenient permissions. A user can't even read contents of the partition (even an admin user).

Does this problem exist on an updated Dapper install, or when using the latest Edgy beta? Thank you for your feedback.
