Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

When trying to save the document to .doc format instead of .odt in writer the dialog window pops up with a warning.
The warning mentions buttons "Yes" and "no" but such buttons do not exist on the dialog which causes the confusion.
I recommend that the dialog is rephrased.
See the screenshot for more details.

I don't see this issue in openoffice.org 1:3.1.1-1ubuntu1~jaunty1, will need to test under Karmic to see if it somehow only shows up under it.

That's strange. I still have this issue with OO.o 3.2 in Lucid. I'm posting a screenshot.
My OO.o version is 1:3.2.0-7ubuntu4 and yours?

I suspect that this is now a l18n bug for Croatian language.

Igor,

So for Croatian it is using English for that dialog but it is the wrong English version?

ASDFASDF (user-487-deactivatedaccount) wrote :

Exactly, that dialog is not translated to Croatian like the rest of the interface (there are few other untranslated strings) and it's using the wrong (old) English text.

- Yup , not a problem in OOo version 1:3.2.0-7ubuntu4

[This is an automated message.]
There are no new official OpenOffice.org releases in Ubuntu packaging anymore => Won't Fix

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that has not happened already.

Please leave references to upstream OpenOffice.org bugs in place to allow cross pollination.
