Bug Description
I'm attaching a screenshot. Basically the checker tells me that a want line exceeds 78 characters, when the line in question is both not a want line (it's a commented line that is part of the copyright header) and is 76 characters in length.

The checker thinks all commented are code (wrong) so it knew the line should be indented 4 spaces, which is why it reported an error. I think the rule to identify narrative needs improvement.
