Bug Description

Please sync botan1.8 1.8.6-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
Another fall-out from the archive cleaning: botan-devel (superseeded by
botan1.8) got removed. And monotone depends on libbotan1.8 (it will require a
rebuild after the sync to pick up the new binary name).

  * Removing vcs fields.
  * Orphaning package.
