kgpg does not install with KDE 4.3.1

Bug Description

Binary package hint: kgpg

When running kgpg the icone appears in the system tray before vanishing for no reason ; so the only way to create keys is to use the equivalent application in Gnome.

What version of Kubuntu? What happens when you start it from a console?
