Bug Description
Eucalyptus was returning a 403 error during an image registration even when everything was apparently correct.
The commands executed were:
euca-bundle-image --user 000100729354 --image /tmp/image-
euca-upload-bundle --manifest /tmp/bundle/
euca-register foobar/
Bundling and uploading worked fine, but registering the image returned the 403.
After some time and following an advice from Neil, I renamed the manifest to a shorter "normal" filename, and it worked correctly, confirming that credentials were correctly set. I don't know if it was just a coincidence that the filename helped or if indeed it was refusing for some other reason.
