Bug Description
It should be possible to run windmill tests using the bin/test test runner.
At the moment you have to use a combination of bin/lp-windmill and bin/windmill, remembering the command line options. Using our default test runner makes it easier to run the tests, and it also allows us to use existing testing infrastructure to do test setup.
