Bug Description
While I was working on bugs 422462, 423705, etc. the headings in the page macros changed, so many of the person-related Translations pages ended up looking bad:
* Import queues have a double "Translation import queue for" heading.
* Filter pages have two headings: "Translations by" and "Contributions by."
* Activity pages have no headings at all.
