Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdemultimedia-kio-plugins

I've got 2 CD drives, a DVD-ROM at /dev/sr0 and a DVD writer at /dev/sr1.

When open audiocd:/ in Dolphin, it either fails with a "Could not read ." message, or the audio slave eats 100% of my CPU until I close the window, whatever the CD device I specify in the "Audio CD" system settings.

Now this is where it gets funny... When I insert an audio CD in each drive, I can see some CD information, but:
- the audio slave gets the number of tracks and the CDDB information from the first drive (/dev/sr0)
- when I try to rip the CD, these are the tracks from the second drive (/dev/sr1) that are copied

Hi there!

Thanks for reporting this bug! Your bug seems to be a problem with the KDE program itself, and not with our KDE packages. While we appreciate your issue, it would be better if it was tracked at https://bugs.kde.org, so that the KDE developers can deal with this speedily and have direct communication with you as the reporter for more effective debugging.

Thanks!
