Hi vince,

Thanks for reporting this bug. I have been unable to reproduce this, and i'm trying to think of a cause for this.

Can i confirm:
When you try and and do this upgrade, you are connected to the internet?
If you browse to http://downloads.sourceforge.net/corefonts/andale32.exe that the font is prompted for download?

I'm wondering if either you are not connected to the internet, or have a proxy that isn't being supported.

Thanks

Hi Dave,

the computer was connected to the internet. i could download other
packages and install them. the only problem was that the mscorefonts
installer could not reach te server (what a saw in the terminal). The
installation tried serveral times to contect to te sourceforge server.
After a few minutes it stopped en started the installation of other
packages. Thisproblem happens every time i intsalled a application of
(1) partial upgrade. For now i removed 9.10 from my computer so i cant
reproduce it again. i wil install it again, if i have problems i will
let you know.

Best regards,

Vincent

I've the same problem and I'm connected to internet.

Could it be just that at sourceforge they changed the address?

wget will not find some addresses like, http://downloads.sourceforge.net, http://sunet.dl.sourceforge.net, http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net.
In the end the installation terminates with errorcode 1.
