Translated about screens should be removed/updated

All about screens in the directory Inkscape/share/screens are old ones from the development version. Hence, they should be removed, including the references in the respective po-files to these svg's.

In addition, what is the best way to translated these? The original file contains a lot of drop shadows and each letter of "Draw Freely" is a separate object ...

All 0.46 about screens are now replaced by a 0.47 translated version (revision 22548).

I've also added fr, nl and br, but I'm not sure adding a new screen for each language is a good thing. Should add a screen for each language Inkscape supports? Fully (90%+) translated languages only? On demand? No translation at all?...

The 22 translations submitted to the wiki are now all in SVN (Committed revision 22557).
