Kubuntu Ubiquity crash

Kubuntu Alpha 5

When I try to install kubuntu alpha 5 on my Asus EEEPC 1000H, after I chose Italy as Timezone and I pressed the forward button, the installer stalls with a busy cursor and doesn't pass, as expected, to the keyboard screen . Now, If I click on a point of the world map, the installer crashes with the following message:
