Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-games

I just scored 8454 on Five or More. I think I got ~8000 points for completing a single figure that had 4 different lines of five (I think one had 6). Is this scoring intended?

 PATH=(custom, user)

You can reproduce the scoring by creating a configuration of objects
similar to the one in the attached snapshot. By completing the blue
figure that has 3 sets of five and one set of six, I scored 8202 points.

It's not a bug. Once you line up a certain amount of marbles the score doubles with each new marble that you can make vanish. The perfect set-up would give you a score of 16 million. By dumb luck as I was one short of a perfect set-up the marbles popped in to not only complete my set-up but finished off another 5 elsewhere on the board .My final score was 268435456.

We are closing this bug report because it is not a valid bug. The action is as intended by the scoring system used in the game. Thanks again!

Just tested this in FiveOrMore with figures containing four lines of five and five lines of five. The outrageous bonus score has been fixed. This was in version 3.2.0-0ubuntu1 from Ubuntu 11.10
