Please remove libipoddevice source and binary from Karmic

Please remove libipoddevice source and binary packages from Karmic:

- It is completely unmaintained upstream (I can't even find the upstream project hosted anywhere now. It used to be http://download.banshee-project.org/libipoddevice/).
- It currently depends on gnome-volume-manager, which is also unmaintained and deprecated, and is another good candidate for removal from the archive.
- It has no rdepends (it used to be a dependency of banshee in Dapper, but nothing uses it any more):
