two inkscape instances will mirror data in some dialogues

Two inkscape instances synchronize the data of some dialogues while having different documents.
How to reproduce:
start inkscape, draw rectangle, open stroke and fill dialogue, do something in the dialogue
create new document, place a circle, open stroke and fill dialogue,
when you now do something in the second window all actions are repeated in the first documents stroke and fill dialogue.

The dialogues will follow the current document.
Same with the layers dialogue Layer->Layers... .

Inkscape 0.47+devel r9402 on OS X 10.5.8:

Fill and Stroke dialog:
- the sliders for Blur and Opacity are still mirroring the data from current document in all open document windows

Inkscape 0.48+devel r9870:

- blur / opacity slider in fill&stroke still mirrored
- filter effect dialog mirrors content: when used in docked status, the dialog even changes the window size of Inkscape windows that are not active, if a complex filter effect is selected in the current window.

If this is fixed in the trunk, doesn't it need to be backported to the 0.48.x branch? Or should the milestone be updated to 0.49 instead?
