When added video_ts then can see VOB files in unclassified videos

Bug Description

When added a video_ts from Attached devices menu , I could see VOB files in unclassified videos.This is happening for both fresh or upgraded Moovida 1.0.7

Steps to reprduce :

1.Launch Moovida
2.Goto Attached devices
3.Add video_ts

Expected Result : Should not see vob files in unclassified videos

Current Result : Can see vob files in unclassified videos

I _think_ this is currently by design, as no indexing is done for .iso files / VIDEO_TS folders.

What's more, {video_dir}/*/VIDEO_TS/* should be ignored, but you've hit a corner case - if you've added the VIDEO_TS, there's no VIDEO_TS folder in your video_dir, there are just .VOB files...

Indeed it's only happening when adding the video_ts dir directly, would be good to fix that for consistency, but it's definitely a low priority corner case
