Send to multiple partners [browse multi]

1. One thing I have noticed is that it will not send to multiple partners - i.e. I cannot select multiple partners from a partner tree list and send to them without getting:

BrowseRecordError: Wrong ID for the browse record, got False, expected an integer.

Select the partner and sending one partner at a time works. Is there another way to accomplish this?

Implemented in send wizard,
You can select multiple records from list view, select the action and click mail wizard.
It will pop a different view interface where you can confirm sending mail.
