Bug Description
Binary package hint: phpmyadmin
It seem the current phpmyadmin package gives wrong permission on /etc/phpmyadmin
sudo apt-get remove --purge phpmyadmin
sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin
Then http://
chmod 644 /etc/phpmyadmin

Postinst properly does this, but dbconfig-common seems to fail to set proper permissions.
