send client download link to the phone

Bug Description
When setting up a new phone, if a new client is required to be downloaded and installed on the phone, it would be nice to have the option of sending the download link to the phone so the user won't have to manually type in a long url.
Alternatively, we should generate tinyurls for all the phone sync clients....
