Bug Description
If a valid encryption key is not specified, Duplicity will fail silently when trying to create a backup.
Fix: Time-Drive should be updated so that functions respect the "Encrypt Files" preference in settings dialog. For file backup, this will require adding the "--no-encryption" flag to the string. Listing and restoring files, fetching snapshots, and syncing records may require no changes. Will have to be tested.

Workaround: Enabled the "Encrypt Files" Preference and provide a short encryption passphrase.
