Bug #119208 - fmt:link should work for all linkable objects - already
exists, but it's a bit out of date and very general. This is more of a
child of that bug than a dupe.
(In any case, this bug is currently a reminder-to-self to fix this, as
something I can include in a just-landed branch.)
