Pidgin template should be deleted from rosetta

Bug Description

As far as I know pidgin is not ever used in our trunk series, so the translation template should be also deleted from rosetta, or translators might get confused.

Thanks for the bug report, Aron! Unfortunately, I haven't the slightest clue how to delete a translation template. No easy button for it...

I contacted the people on Rosetta's Answers section; it looks like they can take care of it.
(And this looks like a good reason why we should merge all the templates into one).

You are right, launchpad does not enable common users to delete a translation template, thus such work have to be requested via asking a question and get somebody who have the access to get it done, :)
