Does not render GtkCellRendererToggle "inconsitent" property

Bug Description

A toggle box in with the inconsitent property set is not displayed correctly in human-looks (or rather, it is indistinguable from a unchecked box).

Attached is a screenshot with the human theme and with the clearlooks theme.
