Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

I tried to play my new DVD, and it plays fine, except for the fact that there is no sound. I have tried other DVD:s and they work fine, with sound.

I usually have PAL based DVD:s. This is my only NTSC DVD. I have no idea if this is relevant.

I have tried another Gstremer based application (Arista) and it also has problems with this DVD. This leads me to suspect this to be a Gstreamer problem rather than Totem, but I do not know.

It works fine in VLC.

ProblemType: Bug

ProcEnviron:
 PATH=(custom, user)
 LANG=en_AU.UTF-8
 SHELL=/bin/bash
SourcePackage: totem
Uname: Linux 2.6.28-15-generic i686
