Bug Description
When you press down from a BibNo the row disappears from GUI.
Reselecting that row brings it back into GUI.
The highlighting routine is not accounting for a down arrow from a previous field

Cannot duplicate this one at all. However, I have been working on the arrow down/up for other reasons and may have fixed it.
