ksmarttray build fails with automake 1.11

Bug Description

You should update the cvs.sh script to accept automake 1.11, do:

sed -i 's#automake\*1\.10\*#automake*1.10* | automake*1.11*#' contrib/ksmarttray/admin/cvs.sh

...otherwise it fails with that version with:

*** YOU'RE USING automake (GNU automake) 1.11.
*** KDE requires automake 1.6.1 or newer

Seems like upstream doesn't support automake-1.11 for kde-3.5.10 yet.
