bad ligatures in FreeMono

Bug Description

The packaged version of FreeMono has bad ligatures in it.

* 'ij' should not be a ligature
* 'st' should only be a discretionary or stylistic ligature, not a common ligature, besides it is empty. So currently 'st' is always substituted with an empty character.
* 'ft' and 'fl' should only be discretionary or stylistic ligatures. Either sequence is substituted with one single character because of the ligature

I believe these have been fixed in CVS.

I can confirm this behaviour for the following :
- "ij" is badly ligatured
- "st" is replaced (on screen) by "t"
- "fl" is badly ligatured

"ft" seems to display fine.

Is there an updated version of the font somewhere ?

Is this still a reproducible issue?
