Bug Description
In the configuration preferences for the Files and Folders plugin (v2.5) there is a checkbox option to show hidden files or not. However, in actual practice the plugin always shows hidden files and folders whether this option is checked or not.
I'm using Gnome-Do 0.8.2 in Arch64.

Confirmed? Really? Peng, I assume youre using the latest trunk?
I'm using the latest trunk and not seeing anything hidden. I did a brief code review, and it is definitely checking for hidden stuff and if that flag isnt set, wont return it.
