I removed the package, and then installed it again, and the problem disappeared. I think that's the solution

openoffice.org is already the newest version.
The following packages were automatically installed and are no longer required:
  lsb-graphics lsb-desktop m4 ncurses-term libqt4-gui lsb pax lsb-core lsb-cxx
Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove them.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
1 not fully installed or removed.
After this operation, 0B of additional disk space will be used.
Setting up openoffice.org-filter-binfilter (1:3.1.1-5ubuntu1.1) ...
file:///usr/lib/openoffice/basis3.1/program/libbf_migratefilterli.so
register component 'file:///usr/lib/openoffice/basis3.1/program/libbf_migratefilterli.so' in registry '/var/lib/openoffice/basis3.1/program/services.rdb' succesful!
