The issue was fixed in 4.3.1 but I still can reproduce in a fully updated karmic installation. Apparently the patch for this one didn't do in time for the final 4.3.1 packages. Weird thing is that packages in other distros seem to have included the fix.

Actually the fix was committed after KDE 4.3.1 was tagged. This will land in KDE 4.3.2.

Yes. I can confirm the issue is solved after upgrading to KDE 4.3.2.
