change overview of VoteBot page in launchpad to reflect new home.

As trivial as this is, I find it a necessary change as the configuration files alredy reflect the home to be #ubuntu-beginners, the launchpad page should probably also reflect this. (Sorry Nathan and others, I know I am giving you a heap load of stuff to do, totally apologize but I feel it is necessary for convenience and fluidity between document sources)
