Binary package hint: language-pack-gnome-zh-hans-base

Unable to install support for Chinese Language in 9.10. Appears to be related to bugs #407571 and #407571, error message differs somewhat, so am including in case it is helpful.

I believe this bug is fixed, there are lots of duplicates.
