Ok,
I took over the job:
Changes for ethereal_0.10.10 for breezy:
- Changed the ethereal- root.desktop entry to use gksudo
- adjusted the control file for dependcies
- patched upstream source, there were some gcc4 complaints
- waiting for upload by crimsun
