"reviews I have done" hides concluded reviews - make it easier to find them

https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~mbp/+activereviews has a section "reviews I have done" showing currently about 5, but in fact I've done lots of reviews! (This is like the issue of lp apparently only giving people credit for their unmerged branches.)

Maybe we could
1- change this to 'Reviews I have done of of still unmerged proposals' - that is a bit unwieldy but the concept is a bit unwieldy
2- add "plus 1234 more concluded reviews" that links to merged/rejected/etc reviews

Similarly for the project.

This fits interestingly into the personas field where there are different aspects
of a user that we are interested in.

There is the "what is this person doing now", and the "what has this person
done recently or in the past".

This is a hot topic right now.
