apturl_0.4.0ubuntu2_all.deb does not install

Should ./usr be hidden? Not sure how to alter the script to check.

I also had the same problem

Changes for the versions:
0.3.6ubuntu1
0.4.0ubuntu3

Version 0.4.0ubuntu3: fails to upgrade
