Upgrade to bloGTK-1.1

The 1.0-1.1ubuntu1 package is in a fact bloGTK-1.0 (according to documentation, changelog file and the about window content).

Since January 2005, there is bloGTK-1.1 available:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=87493

It would be nice to have it updated because version 1.0 doesn't work with
latest versions of s9y weblog (through MT API).

I am rejecting this bug now, since Ubuntu is in Upstream Version Freeze (UVF). The procedure to request a UCF exception is described in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/UVFStatus Please follow the instructions there to request an exception if you think it is essential. In my opinion, the newer version does not fix any critical bugs - it only adds support for an additional system/tool.

Also, please do not change the status of new bugs - they are meant to be Unconfirmed till someone else can confirm it for you, even if it is an obvious bug :)
