Investigate a better agenda/listing view

Since Derek has some time while waiting on the completion of the calendar backend, go ahead and work on a revamped "listing" view.

First, start by looking at other ideas on an "Agenda" tab and writing down the things (perhaps on this issue) that you'd do differently. No need to feel constrained 100% by what others' do.

Also, consider what parts might be easy given the available data. For example, simply doing our paginated, sorting-column "GridTable" (as seen in the FILES view) might provide a nice UI.

After that, follow your traditional workflow (mockup in PSD, then mockup in PHP, then get with Mike to move to the backend, whatever.)
