Bug Description

When the kernel downgrade has been made a few command has to be run before a restart (4.7.1). The commands are only for the SensAble Omni device and not for if the user only has a mouse or has the SensAble Desktop device.

Add info of what to do, or not to do, in these cases.

In the beginning of 4.7 it says "If you do not have a SensAble Phantom device, ignore this section"

On the other hand it doesn't say anywhere that's it's a difference between the desktop and the omni.
